Smart Beginnings - The Georgetown Project is excited to announce Smart Beginnings, a new initiative for parents and others who care for young children 0-3.  Smart Beginnings is being offered through the nonprofit’s Bridges To Growth Parent Center, located in the Georgetown Community Resource Center at 805 West University.
